My name is Micha Wunner or just Micah. I was born and grew up in Bavaria in Germany. My first interest in the healing arts was sparked early on, I grew up in Christian Science, a religious group focused on spiritual healing. My interest in healing and spirituality led me to investigate different areas like yoga, Ayurveda, reiki, Jin shin jytsu, Chinese medicine and different religions.in 1998 I started medical massage therapy school in Erlangen, Germany at the staatliche Berufsfachschule für Masseure und medizinische Bademeister (State vocational school for massage therapists and medical Balneo therapists). In 2000 I graduated and went to complete the training with a mandatory 6 month internship at the Erlerklink in Nürnberg, Germany.The next years I worked in different massage practices and self employed in different settings from the annual Biofach (international organic fair) to private practice. During those years I discovered that light touch often has more effect than muscle wringing. I had heard about Craniosacral therapy and knew a few neat techniques from school, but the world of light touch was opened by reiki and Jin shin jytsu, and showed me the different pulses and it’s healing effects on body and mind.Craniosacral therapy entered my life again while sitting in Seattle at a massage school in 2018 and a Craniosacral therapist,Amy Hanson, Tacoma,WA, talked about it with such a love and enthusiasm, it blew my mind once again.Fast forward to 2020, meanwhile I moved to Columbus, Ohio, have my American massage therapy license and started my training in Craniosacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute.I am a licensed massage therapist in the following states:Indiana: MT22007212Ohio: coming soon
